Shipping costs are shown at checkout and charged in your local currency.

All artworks are carefully packed and shipped from my studio in Devon, UK.

Original Paintings

Complimentary insured international shipping is included on all original paintings.

Each original artwork is professionally packed and shipped using a fully insured courier service. Please allow time for careful handling and, where applicable, framing before dispatch.

Orders are usually shipped within 10 working days of payment being received. You will be contacted to confirm dispatch details once your artwork is ready to ship.

Limited Edition Works

Limited edition prints and framed works are made to order and shipped from the UK.

Shipping is charged at a flat rate based on destination:

United Kingdom: £6
Europe: £10
USA & Canada: £10
International: £20

All larger prints and framed works are sent using a tracked service.

Orders are typically dispatched within 7 working days of payment being received.

Customs & Duties

For international orders, the buyer is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may be charged by their destination country.

Returns

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a full refund, provided it is not a custom-made or personalised item.

Custom and personalised items are non-returnable.

You have 14 days from receipt of your item to notify us of your intention to return it. You then have a further 14 days to return the item to:

For international returns, please ensure your parcel is clearly marked “RETURNED GOODS” on the outside of the package and on all customs documentation. This helps prevent additional customs charges. Any import duties incurred by us will be deducted from your refund.

Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in perfect, sellable condition. Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted and may be returned to you.

For your own protection, we recommend using a tracked and insured delivery service when returning items. We cannot accept responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit.

Once returned goods are received and inspected, refunds will be issued within 15 days.
