Returns

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a full refund, provided it is not a custom-made or personalised item.

Custom and personalised items are non-returnable.

You have 14 days from receipt of your item to notify us of your intention to return it. You then have a further 14 days to return the item to:

Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in perfect, sellable condition. Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted and may be returned to you.

For international returns, please ensure that your parcel is clearly marked “RETURNED GOODS” on the outside of the package and on all customs documentation. This helps prevent additional customs charges. Any import duty incurred by us will be deducted from your refund.

We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured delivery service when returning items. We cannot accept responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit.

Once returned goods are received and inspected, refunds will be issued within 15 days.
